Only 5-6 hours of run time/testing/tuning on a new 454 motor! Freshwater Boat! It has some interior things that need attention, but is mechanically ready for summer--
This awesome boat has been serviced and lake-tested by our head technician. It received a new 454 longblock, but it still had a running problem. We installed a new ignition system in the distributor, a new coil and wire, and replaced the starter as well. We replaced the seawater pump with a new one, and replaced a few aging bellows. This boat has been lake tested and carb-tuned on the water, runs out at 50+ mph (here at 4,000' elevation), sounds great, and runs strong. It has been fully serviced with fresh fluids, and the outdrive passed pressure testing. Only 5-6 hours of usage on the new motor!
It could use some interior TLC, as the floorboard at the rear of the cockpit is rotten. This floor looks to be pretty easy to pull/replace; you would just need some new Marine treated plywood and carpet. We just haven't had time to start this project. Some of the upholstery could use updating, mainly the rear sundeck, as you can see in the pics. It would be an easy project for someone with basic DIY skills. It has a crazy stereo system with tons of speakers/subwoofers, but not all are working.
Includes a custom-fit cover that is in good shape, and we added a post for rainwater runoff. Also comes with trim tabs and a stainless prop for our elevation (we could probably find a swap if you are lower).
The matching factory tandem axle trailer has been inspected and the bearings are good, greased, and all main lights are working. One of the fenders is messed up a little. It has aluminum wheels and is ready to travel.
